Just finished the BO: Gulf War campaign and honestly… it’s better than I expected. Way more grounded than recent CoDs. Some of the missions gave serious OG Black Ops vibes — stealth, intel, real tension. What do you guys think?

Same here. The story actually made me care again. Less Hollywood explosions, more Cold War-style suspense. Also love that they brought back the branching choices mechanic — finally some replay value. Here’s the official site for anyone curious:https://www.callofduty.com/blackopsgulfwar
Yeah bro, the campaign hit hard — but multiplayer still feels a bit chaotic. Time to kill is way too fast in some modes.
Gunplay’s solid though. I’ve been hooked on Demolition lately — feels like MW2 chaos all over again.
True, some modes feel like "who sees who first wins". But weapon balance is better than in Cold War or Vanguard at launch. AlsoÂ… that soundtrack! Dark synth + desert ops = 🔥
Haha 100%, that soundtrack slaps. Btw — if any of you are into cosmetic packs or CoD points, I tried one of those new sweepstakes casinos things that had a Gulf War bundle giveaway + some wallet codes. Actually got 1200 CoD Points for free, no weird catches.Worth checking if you’re grinding the battle pass anyway.
Wait what? I thought all of those were scams tbh 😅
If it worked for you, I might try it — I’m not paying $10 for another camo lol.
Lmao exactly. They keep dropping "limited time" bundles every week. My wallet can’t take it. Might as well try a promo if it saves a few bucks.
Right? This is the only CoD where I actually want to collect the cosmetics. The ‘90s military aesthetic is clean.
Facts. If they drop a “Desert Ghost” operator skin, I’m buying it instantly. No questions asked 😂
