Estoy asombrado y asustado.

Dear Joserri
We would like to inform you about a bug in the Wuala system that might have affected your account and resulted in files not being visible any more. The bug has been resolved and we could recover the correct state from our backups, so everything should be fine again. However, as Wuala encrypts all data such that we cannot see your files and folders, we cannot verify your data ourselves. To verify that everything is correct, we recommend taking a look at the affected folders. To identify the affected folders, please follow these steps:
1. Go to your base folder (e.g. by clicking your name in the folder tree).
2. Hit Ctrl-shift-d and select "find item by key". An example identifier [41 2 11] is already present in the textbox. Remove it.
3. Enter one of your folder identifiers instead and click "ok". If the folder is not yet in the local cache, an error will appear. In that case, just retry a second time. If you continue to get errors, you might be offline or the folder has been deleted in the meantime.
4. Wuala shows the folder. If you think there is something missing, please contact me directly (luzius@wuala.com).
5. About the nature of the error: Normally, nothing should be missing and everything correctly restored. But if something is missing, it is usually a lot (for example everything inserted before). Also, there is no need to look into subfolders as the error only affected direct children of the affected folders.
Here is your list of folders that we recommend to check: [[17 858340 15]]
We apologize for this incident and have taken measures to prevent it from happending in future. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.
Best regards
Luzius Meisser
